How do I locate my child's G-Suite account and password?

• All student login information can be retrieved via the Genesis parent/student portal. This information can be found under the child's picture on the left hand side of the summary page.

How do I find a teacher's Google Classroom page?

What Internet browser should I be using to access the MPSD resources?

• It is recommended that all students use the Chrome browser to access all learning resources. Chrome can be loaded onto any type of device and is the default browser on a Chromebook. CLICK HERE to download Chrome.

Can I access my child's MPSD account on my own personal device?

• Yes, however, you are strongly encouraged to sign in through the Google Chrome browser, not just the G-Suite website. Signing into the chrome browser will allow students to access essential bookmarks and other online tools. To login to the Chrome browser, follow these steps:

1. On your computer, open Chrome.

2. At the top right, click the Profile picture.

3. Click Add.

4. Choose a name and a photo.

5. Click Add.

6. A new window will open, click "Already a Chrome User? Sign In"

7. Sign in with your child's MPSD G-Suite account credentials.
